Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask Review

It took me a long time but I finally got to try the Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask a few years back when Sephora was giving away the Laneige 3-piece set for birthday gifts! Years ago, I tried one of Laneige’s moisturizers and the fragrance was too overwhelming for me, so for many years, I didn’t touch the brand again. But this was light and super pleasant! 

Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask Ingredients

According to the brand website, this intensive-care lip mask is formulated with a special blend of moisture and antioxidant-rich ingredients, including:

• Their trademark Berry Fruit Complex™
• Vitamin C
• Coconut oil, shea butter, and murumuru seed butter

These ingredients together, work to deeply hydrate and nourish the lips, leaving them baby-soft and smooth.

Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask Review

This lip sleeping mask is one of the goopiest lip products I’ve tried that doesn’t come out of a tube.

After application, my lips feel really great and moisturized. It also doesn’t get super sticky like some other lip masks I’ve tried before. 

I apply it both morning and evenings and would rarely need a balm during the day. It’s a staple in my top 3 lip products alongside Omorovicza’s Perfecting Lip Balm and Dr Lara Devgan’s Platinum Lip Plump SPF30. I only wish it didn’t need a spatula for application due to its texture. That’s the only small inconvenience for me.
