Stylevana K-beauty Acne Box & Review
I received this care package from Stylevana a while ago. It’s an acne-focused box and the products all worked super well together. So in this post I will share a bit about my experiences with Stylevana, and also a quick review post about each of the items!
Where to Buy Kbeauty Makeup and Skincare
I get asked quite often where are reputable places people can buy kbeauty from in the US. At the beginning of my skincare journey, I definitely spent a long time scouring the web including looking at gazillion Reddit posts. Stylevana ended up being one that came up often and was seen as reputable, so I gave them a try.
As a customer prior to receiving this PR box, I had made multiple purchases including buying their Beauty Advent Calendars, as well as hit items like Laneige’s Lip Sleeping Mask and various makeup products. Happy to report that I did reliably receive all my packages, so they are legit!
Stylevana Product Range & Shipping Time
As a one-stop online store to purchase both Korean beauty and Japanese beauty skincare and makeup items, Stylevana is one of a few that carry almost all popular kbeauty brands.
The only thing with them is I think their shipping can sometimes be a bit slow to the US. I have sometimes had to wait two to three weeks. But I always received my orders in the end. And their prices are just very hard to beat. So they’re reputable, and I would recommend shopping with Stylevana if you are not in a rush and want to do a big haul.
Stylevana Acne Skincare Box
This was an acne-focused box for a full routine that worked super together. So I will write a little about each of them:
Innisfree – Green Tea Foam Cleanser
Lightly fragranced. Thick paste that lathers with water. Feels clean and not drying!
It’s a big tube (150ml) so it’s not sexy but super functional. When not trying new cleansers lately I find myself reaching for this. A new fav everyday cleanser.
$7.99, Available at Stylevana
Cosrx – Centella Water Alcohol-Free Toner
Comes in a spray bottle, I always spritz these into my palm and pat the product so I can avoid my lips/eyes. Doesn’t smell like anything which I like! A standard everyday toner that didn’t set off irritations.
$17 $9.90, Available at Stylevana
Skin1004 – Madagascar Centella Hyalu-Cica Blue Serum
Smells like spa waters, *super* pleasant and soothing. LOVE the bottle design.
Unfortunately in the short term, I didn’t see it doing that much, despite having centella, niacinamide, hyaluronic acid etc. Maybe the ingredients are mild and it just needs long term use…
$22 $14.69, Available at Stylevana
Some by Mi – AHA 10% Amino Peeling Ampoule
Clear mid weight serum, smells a bit chemical. Used twice a week & didn’t cause irritations. Kept my skin smooth but I’m not sure it has a spot in my routine given other competing peeling products.
$22 $15.80, Available at Stylevana
Iunik – Centella Calming Gel Cream
I looove this. Clear gel glides on my skin smoothly, very calming. Doesn’t make my combo skin shiny during the day!!! I’d like it to feel a bit more hydrating but it’s hydrating enough. A new fav 100%!
$12 $10.29, Available at Stylevana
Beauty of Joseon – Relief Sun: Rice+Probiotic SPF50+
Lightweight and absorbs into skin easily. Didn’t put on my face since I’m allergic to rice and fermented ingredients, but from beauty community friends I know they say that it doesn’t sting the eyes, so I think it’s a staple favorite of many! My skin loved this very much.
$18 on sale $12.69, Available at Stylevana
Overall the products were all great, and worked super well together. With the calming products my acne never looked red so I never felt the desire to pick at them, which is something amazing I discovered haha.
